Getting ready for an online hypnosis session
To help you get the most out of your online hypnosis session and ensure the best possible experience, here are a few tips to prepare:
Preparing for a video or in-person session
Once you’ve booked your session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need.
During our work together, we focus on one issue or one goal at a time. Choose what feels most important for you right now.
Sometimes difficulties are connected, and working on one area may naturally improve others.
Please be on time and keep your connection link or the door code handy.
To help tailor the session to your needs, you can send the information sheet back to contact@hypnosesolution.com before your appointment.
Preparing for an online (video) session
Check your equipment and your internet connection ahead of time by reviewing the guidelines provided.

Please read the specific guidelines for working with minors.
How a hypnosis programme is organised
In the first session, we clarify your needs, your goal, and what you want to change.
I then guide you through simple games and exercises to introduce you to the hypnotic state. We already begin the hypnotic work that starts the change process.
In each following session, we review what has shifted since our last meeting and continue the hypnotic work while taking these changes into account — until your goal is reached.
The number of sessions varies from person to person, as everyone progresses at their own pace. Generally, a minimum of three sessions is recommended to create lasting change.
It’s ideal to leave around two weeks between sessions to allow the work to settle and for you to notice the effects in your daily life.
As part of brief therapy approaches, support for a specific issue never exceeds ten sessions.
What happens during a hypnosis session
We start by discussing your goals and what you’d like to work on. You’re free to share as much or as little as you want — hypnosis doesn’t require detailed explanations.
I then guide you into a hypnotic state using different techniques. This state feels like being between wakefulness and sleep, where you’re more receptive to suggestions.
Once you’re in hypnosis, I use a range of approaches to support you in reaching your objectives.
Emotions may arise during the session, and you might feel tired afterwards. It’s often helpful not to rush into a meeting or anything stressful immediately afterwards. If possible, give yourself a moment to gently come back.
You’ll find answers to many common questions in the website FAQ — feel free to look through it before we meet. We can cover any remaining questions during the first session.
Ending the session
I guide you back to a normal state of awareness, and we close the session.
After the session
In the days or weeks that follow, thoughts, feelings, or memories connected to the theme of the session may surface — this is completely normal.
Note down the most important or most positive insight you gained; it can serve as a helpful reminder.
Between sessions, it can be beneficial to write down your thoughts, experiences, dreams, reactions, and any progress. Bringing these notes to the next session can be useful.
Keep in mind that every hypnosis session is unique and the process may vary depending on your needs.
